Meet Sierra
Sierra is a yoga instructor, sensory pleasure and mindful embodiment coach, and holistic occupational therapist who is passionate about helping others reconnect to their innate wholeness, radical self love, and inner sovereignty.
With years of experience as an occupational therapist in acute psychiatric and medical hospitals, holistic outpatient centers, and home settings, Sierra has supported people across the lifespan in rebuilding balance, confidence, and self-care in their daily lives. Her work has always centered on helping individuals reconnect with what nourishes them — body, mind, and spirit.
Now, Sierra brings this integrative experience into her private coaching practice, where she helps women and women-identifying people move beyond fatigue and burnout through mindful energy management, sensory pleasure, and embodied self-care. A natural encourager, she helps clients recognize their existing strengths as powerful tools for healing, while offering practical strategies and heartfelt support along the way.

Sierra believes that even small acts of self-connection — through feel good movement, mindfulness, and sensory pleasure — can be profoundly transformative. As a yoga instructor, she loves guiding people into flow, ease, and joy in their bodies through a variety of the healing practices of yoga.

My Story
My personal journey of coming home to my body and deepening my inner sovereignty through choosing self-love, to the best of my ability, is an ever-deepening process that reveals so many gems to me as I stay present and curious. I was first transformed by yoga and the experience of coming home to my body—creating a safe place within my own being to land. Later, my journey of inner connection expanded into sensory and sensual embodiment and pleasure, which is one of the fastest ways to shift our state into one that is loving, grounded, radiant, and alive. Over the years, I have found ways to integrate sensory aliveness practices and a felt sense of embodied connection into everyday life, and I’m here to share those—both as the culmination of my own experiences and what I have learned through serving others in my career, as well as through in-depth study and the coaching I have personally received in these areas.

If we were at a “Fatigue and Burnout” themed pageant, my sash would say “Burned-Out Caregiver Queen.” Well, luckily, now it would say “Former Burned-Out Caregiver Queen.” I have come a long way from my early years working in healthcare as an occupational therapist in hospitals and inpatient rehabilitation centers—leaking my caring energy all over the place, taking on other people's stress like a sponge, feeling anxious when I couldn't solve everyone’s problems around me, and climbing the never-ending achievement ladder to feel worthy of serving others. All the while, negative self-talk tracks were running in the background of my subconscious mind—without me even being fully aware of them—adding to the already exhausted state I was in.
It’s not that I was clueless about self-care; I was doing plenty of good things for myself. You might even say I was more savvy than most. I had a master’s degree in a holistic wellness profession aimed at helping others achieve optimal participation in their life areas and roles—especially those impacted by injury or illness. But something was missing, and the patterns of exhaustion and disconnection continued.

My story is not unique, and perhaps you find similarities to your own—especially if you are a woman-identifying person, an empath, a healthcare worker, or a caregiver. Truly, if I came to planet Earth to do two things, it’s to more and more radically love my own being—because I know that is the greatest gift I could give another, as the benefits naturally pour outward—and to help other women do the same. (I was born on International Women’s Day, after all!)

I believe it is our birthright to live with as much joy, radiance, ease, and love as we can possibly grow our capacity to receive—and it all starts with this breath in...
